Q: WHAT IS "ETCHING" EXACTLY?

A:  Some people call it etching, others call it engraving. Whichever you choose to call it --- its artisan sand-carving. We sandblast and paint each bottle by hand in our California production studio. It's a unique skill, fairly labor intensive, and generally awesome. Our artists handle every single bottle. Nothing is automated, and no two engraved wines are exactly alike.

Q: WHY ETCHED / ENGRAVED WINE?

A:  They're a truly perfect gift. Wines have been used in gifting and celebration since the dawn of history. Personalizing them with beautifully handcrafted engraving takes that gift to a whole new level. When you take the time to create an etched wine, you create something beautiful, personal, heartfelt, and made uniquely for the recipient. That's a pretty soulful and amazing gift.

 

Q: What wines do you offer?

A: We offer a rotating selection of hand-picked, premium wines. Please note that wine vintages can change frequently, and while we strive to update our product offerings as quickly as possible, there may be slight differences in a wine's vintage. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

A: Most orders ship about 3-5 business days from order date. But all in, we suggest planning on receiving your order 4-10 business days from order date, with rush delivery usually about 4-6 business days from order date. Mini-champagnes, big bottles, and larger volume orders may require a little more time, 5-7 days. Please note, these are all business days.  


Q: WHAT STATES DO YOU SHIP TO?

A: Almost all of them. The only NON-ship states are AK, AL, AR, DE, MS, ND, RI, UT, VT (and Puerto Rico) or Internationally. We can't ship to these states due to wine shipping restrictions.


Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Sometimes, but typically only for corporate orders. Shipping wines to other countries usually requires special knowledge and planning. Please call with questions about international shipments. We're toll free: 1-800-818-8138.

 

Q: Do you accept Williams-Sonoma Rewards or Gift Cards?

A: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept Williams-Sonoma Rewards points. And we can only accept gift cards that are specifically purchased on our site, and any gift cards purchased on our site are only applicable to wine sales made on our site. In effect, wine sales are legally required to be treated separately from any other product sales within the Williams-Sonoma family of brands. It's a legal requirement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
